Digital wedding invitations: from your idea to your preview
A digital wedding invitation is a web page where guests find your names, date, venue and event details. Share it with a single link. With Festa, choose an animated design and preview it with your own details for free before ordering.
How do I choose a design?
Start by opening the intro: the first scene sets the mood for your guests. Match the colors, composition and movement to your wedding concept, whether seaside, classic or fairytale. Festa's collection includes seven original wedding invitations, each with its own intro, animations and fonts.
Changing the information preserves your chosen design's visual style. Text length still matters: check long names and longer welcome messages in the mobile preview too.
What information should I prepare?
- Your names, written exactly as you want them to appear on the invitation.
- The wedding date and start time, in Georgia's time zone.
- The venue name, address and map link.
- A welcome message and event schedule, where the design supports them.
- Couple or venue photos for designs that support replacing images.
Only use personal photos you have permission to share. Keep important details away from the edges, as images may be cropped differently on a vertical screen.
How does the free preview work?
Click “Try for free” on a design, update your information and see the result on the same page. Changing the date and time also updates the countdown. The original intro and transitions remain part of the invitation. Photo options depend on your design.
A test preview is not a published invitation for guests. Before ordering, replay the intro and check the spelling of your names, date, time and venue. View it on a phone to make sure every section is easy to read.
How much does it cost, and how do I order?
Trying a design is free. Agree the publication price and terms with Festa in advance. At the final step of the editor, open TikTok and send us your order details. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice.
Before ordering, confirm the delivery timeline, how long your link stays active and the terms for later changes. These details should be clearly stated in your individual agreement.
How do I send it to guests?
Once published, share your invitation link through Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS or email. Open the link on your own phone and check every detail before sending it. Guests do not need to install an app.
Add a short personal message explaining who the invitation is from and which day it is for. If the ceremony and reception are at different venues, list both places and their respective times clearly.
